Refined flour - 250 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Yeast - 1 tablespoon
Water - 250 milliliters
Paneer - 250 grams
Yogurt - 100 milliliters
Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry red chili - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Onions - 50 grams
Tomato - 50 grams
Garlic - to taste
Ketchup - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Onion - to taste
Bell pepper - to taste
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing a bowl, add 250 grams refined flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon yeast and 250 milliliters of water. Bring the mixture together and knead into a smooth soft dough.
2. Keep the dough aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Take another mixing bowl, add 250 grams paneer, 100 milliliters yogurt, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 1/2 teaspoon red chili and mix well.
4. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 50 grams onions, 50 grams tomato and stir. Add the paneer mixture in it and cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
5. Take a medium size ball from the dough. (see video)
6. Shape the ball into oval shape.
7. Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C and bake for 10 minutes or until light brown.
8. Place the naan on plate, then add garlic, ketchup, mozzarella cheese, paneer mixture, onions and bell pepper.
9. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling.
10. Serve hot.
