INGREDIENTS
Paneer - 200 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 30 grams
Water - 80 milliliters
Bread crumbs
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams paneer, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix well.
2. In a another bowl, add 30 grams all purpose flour, 80 milliliters water and mix well to make thick smooth paste.
3. Dip the paneer cubes in all purpose flour paste and roll them in bread crumbs.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
5. Serve hot with ketchup.
