Paneer Stuffed Naan Bombs

INGREDIENTS


All purpose flour - 250 grams

Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Yogurt - 30 grams

Water - 150 milliliters

Oil - 2 teaspoons

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Ginger - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Green chili - 2 teaspoons

Onions - 60 grams

Tomato - 65 grams

Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

Red chili - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Grated paneer - 150 grams

Water - 50 milliliters

Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

Coriander - 1 tablespoon

Butter - 70 grams

Tandoori masala - 2 teaspoons

Black sesame - 1 teaspoon

Yogurt - 2 tablespoons

Processed cheese - to taste

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cumin, 30 grams yogurt, 150 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.

2. Add 2 teaspoons oil and tuck the dough well.

3. Rest the dough for 30 minutes.

4. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger, 2 teaspoons green chili and stir for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.

5. Then, add 60 grams onions and fry till translucent.

6. Now, add 65 grams tomato and saute until it turns soft and pulpy.

7. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.

8. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.

9. Add 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well

10. Then, add 150 grams grated paneer and mix it well.

11. Add 50 milliliters water and mix it well.

12. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

13. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix it well.

14. Add 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it again.

15. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.

16. Remove it from heat and keep aside.

17. In a bowl, add 70 grams butter, 2 teaspoons tandoori masala, 1 teaspoon black sesame, 2 tablespoons yogurt and mix it well. Keep aside.

18. Take a ball from dough and dust it with flour.

19. Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.

20. Now, add the prepared paneer mixture on it.

21. Add processed cheese over it.

22. Roll it into a ball and place it on a baking tray.

23. Brush it with prepared butter mixture.

24. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 20 minutes.

25. Serve hot with ketchup.
