Paneer Tikka Momos

INGREDIENTS
(For Dough)
All Purpose flour - 200 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Water - 100 milliliters
(For Paneer Tikka)
Paneer - 170 grams
Tandoori masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 20 milliliters
Fresh cream - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Oil - 1 teaspoon
(For Chili Garlic Chutney)
Dry red chili - 15 grams
Hot water - 500 milliliters
Garlic cloves - 8 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Water - 50 milliliters
PREPARATION
(For Dough)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams all purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons oil and mix it well.
2. Add 100 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
3. Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
(For Paneer Tikka)
1. Take 170 grams paneer and cut it into pieces.
2. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon tandoori masala, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 20 milliliters lemon juice, 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh cream, 2 teaspoons oil and mix it well.
3. Marinate for 20 minutes.
4. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add the marinated paneer and mix it well.
5. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
6. Remove it from heat and cool for about 10 minutes.
(For Momos)
1. Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
2. Place the prepared stuffing in centre.
3. Fold the edges to make a circle and start pleating to give it a nice shape.(See Video)
4. Place it in a steamer and steam for 12 - 15 minutes.
5. Remove it from steamer and keep aside.
(For Chili Garlic Chutney)
1. In a bowl, add 15 grams dry red chili, 500 milliliters hot water and soak for 1 hour.
2. In a blender, add the soaked dry red chili, 8 grams garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon salt, 50 milliliters water and blend it into a smooth paste.
3. Serve with prepared momos.
