Onions - 70 grams
Tomato - 70 grams
Boiled potatoes - 110 grams
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon
Coriander - 3 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon
Sev - 40 grams
PREPARATION
1. Take a papad and cut it into small pieces.
2. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy . Drain it on an absorbent paper.
3. In a mixing bowl add 70 grams onions, 70 grams tomato, 110 grams boiled potatoes, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 3 tablespoons coriander, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, fried papad and mix well.
4. Add 40 grams sev and mix again.
5. Serve.
