INGREDIENTS
Panko bread crumbs - 250 grams
Parmesan cheese - 125 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Asparagus - 500 grams
Eggs - for dipping
Panko cheese mixture - for dipping
All purpose flour - for dipping
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams panko bread crumbs, 125 grams parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix well.
2. Take asparagus and roll them in all purpose flour then dip them in beaten eggs and again roll them in panko cheese mixture.
3. Place on a baking tray.
4. Preheat the oven to 425°F/220°C. Bake them for 7 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the asparagus is still slightly crisp-tender.
5. Serve and enjoy.
