Pasta In Roasted Pepper Sauce

INGREDIENTS

Bell pepper - 350 grams
Tomato - 100 grams
Onions - 60 grams
Garlic cloves - 30 grams
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Processed cheese - 65 grams
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Milk - 100 milliliters
Oil - 25 milliliters
Garlic - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Boiled pasta - 450 grams
Coriander - for garnishing

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 350 grams bell pepper, 100 grams tomato, 60 grams onions, 30 grams garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix it well.
2. Transfer this onto a baking tray and spread it evenly.
3. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for about 25 - 30 minutes.
4. Remove it from oven and transfer this into a blender, add 1 tablespoon olive oil, 65 grams processed cheese, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 100 milliliters milk and blend it into a puree.
5. Heat 25 milliliters oil in a heavy skillet, add 2 tablespoons garlic and stir well.
6. Then, add the blended mixture and mix it well.
7. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
8. Add 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon oregano and mix it well.
9. Now, add 450 grams boiled pasta and mix it well.
10. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
11. Remove it from heat.
12. Garnish with coriander.
13. Serve hot.
