Butter - 20 grams
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Onions - 100 grams
Red chili paste - 2 teaspoons
Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Bell pepper - 100 grams
Green peas - 80 grams
Tomato - 130 grams
Beetroot - 40 grams
Boiled potatoes - 680 grams
Pav bhaji masala - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Water - 100 milliliters
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Pav buns
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Onions - to taste
Coriander - to taste
Pav bhaji masala - to taste
PREPARATION
1. Heat 20 grams butter, 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin and stir well.
2. Then, add 100 grams onions and fry till translucent.
3. Add 2 teaspoons red chili paste, 1 tablespoon garlic paste and mix it well.
4. Now, add 100 grams bell pepper, 80 grams green peas, 130 grams tomato, 40 grams beetroot and mix it well.
5. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
6. Add 680 grams boiled potatoes and mix it well.
7. Add 2 teaspoons pav bhaji masala, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
8. Then, add 100 milliliters water and mix it again.
9. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
10. Now, add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix it well.
11. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
12. Remove it form heat and keep aside.
13. Take a pav pun and cut it into half.
14. Add the prepared mixture on it.
15. Add some mozzarella cheese, onions and coriander on it.
16. Sprinkle some pav bhaji masala on top of it.
17. Place it on a baking tray.
18. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for 5 - 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
19. Serve.
