INGREDIENTS
For Masala
Pav bhaji masala - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 50 milliliters
Other Ingredients
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Mint leaves - 1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
Pav
Onion slices
Tomato slices
Boiled potato slices
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon coriander, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 50 milliliters water. Mix all the ingredients well.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon butter on a pan, add the masala mixture in it and stir. Add 1 tablespoon mint leaves, 1 tablespoon coriander leaves and stir again.
3. Place the pav over it and cook it on a medium flame for a minute.
4. Place the pav on a board, stuff it with 1 onion slice, 1 tomato slice, 1 boiled potato slice and press it gently.
5. Serve immediately.
