Peppy Paneer Pizza Bread Sticks

INGREDIENTS
(For Peppy Paneer)
Paneer - 200 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Olive oil - 35 milliliters, divided
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Red chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
Chili paste - 1 tablespoon
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
White pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Bell pepper - 150 grams
(For Pizza Sauce)
Oil - 20 milliliters
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 100 grams
Tomato - 180 grams
Pizza sauce - 80 grams
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
Oregano - 1 tablespoon
Chilli flakes - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
(For Cheese Mixture)
Cheddar cheese - 100 grams
Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
Oregano - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION
(For Peppy Paneer)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams paneer, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon garlic, 15 milliliters olive oil and mix it well.
2. Marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Heat 20 milliliters olive oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 tablespoon green chili and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
4. Add 1 tablespoon soys sauce, 1 tablespoon red chili sauce, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon chili paste, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, 1
teaspoon salt and mix it well.
5. Then, add 150 grams bell pepper and mix it again.
6. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
7. Now, add the marinated paneer and mix it well.
8. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
9. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
(For Pizza Sauce)
1. Heat 20 milliliters oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic and stir well.
2. Then, add 100 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
3. Now, add 180 grams tomato and saute until it turns soft and pulpy.
4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
5. Add 80 grams pizza sauce, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon chili sauce and mix it well.
6. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
7. Add 1 tablespoon oregano, 1 tablespoon chilli flakes, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
8. Cook for another 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
9. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
(For Cheese Mixture)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams cheddar cheese, 100 grams mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon oregano and mix it well.
2. Keep aside.
(For Peppy Paneer Pizza Bread Sticks)
1. Take a bread slice and cut it’s edges.
2. Cut it into three equal portions. (See Video)
3. Place it on a baking tray.
4. Add the prepared pizza sauce on it and spread it evenly.
5. Then, add the prepared peppy paneer on it.
6. Top with prepared cheese mixture.
7. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
8. Remove it from oven.
9. Serve hot.
