Peri Peri Pullout Pav

INGREDIENTS

Red chili - 1 tablespoon

Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon

Black salt - 1 teaspoon

Powdered sugar - 1 teaspoon

Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon

Oregano - 1 teaspoon

Ginger powder - 1 teaspoon

Butter - 50 grams

Garlic - 2 tablespoons

Coriander - 10 grams

Bell pepper - 320 grams

Onions - 120 grams

Sweet corns - 100 grams

Paneer - 165 grams

Garlic - 25 grams

Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams

Coriander - 10 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Pav buns

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon red chili, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon black salt, 1 teaspoon powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon ginger powder and mix it well. Keep aside.
  2. In a another bowl, add 50 grams butter, 2 tablespoons garlic, 10 grams coriander and mix it well. Keep aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add 320 grams bell pepper, 120 grams onions, 100 grams sweet corns, 165 grams paneer, 25 grams garlic, 100 grams mozzarella cheese, 10 grams coriander, prepared peri peri masala, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix all the ingredients well.
  4. Take a pav bun and make cut’s on top of it.
  5. Now, fill it with prepared mixture.
  6. Place it on a baking tray.
  7. Brush it with prepared garlic butter.
  8. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 5 - 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  9. Remove it from oven.
  10. Serve hot.
