Carrot - 90 grams
Mayonnaise - 40 milliliters
Black pepper - 1/3 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Bread Slices
Butter
Mint chutney
Lettuce
Salt
Pepper
Cheese slices
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 90 grams carrot, 40 milliliters mayonnaise, 1/3 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well.
2. Take 3 bread slices and cut the edges from all 4 sides.
3. Take 2 bread slices, apply some butter over it and put the third slice over it.
4. Roll them by using a rolling pin.
5. Now apply some mint chutney to each bread slices.
6. Put lettuce over it.
7. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over it.
8. Also place cheese slices over the lettuce.
9. Now place the carrot mixture on the top of cheese slices.
10. Slowly roll the sandwich tightly holding all three bread slices.
11. Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
12. Cut the rolls as desired.
13. Serve with ketchup.
