INGREDIENTS


Pizza Bomb
Servings - 3 - 4

 

INGREDIENTS
Warm water - 100 milliliters
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Yeast - 2 teaspoons
All Purpose flour - 250 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Cabbage - 100 grams
Corn - 100 grams
Onions - 45 grams
Carrot - 50 grams
Bell pepper - 50 grams
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Pizza sauce - to taste
Butter - 60 milliliters
Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Italian seasoning - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

 

PREPARATION


1. Take a jug, add 100 milliliters warm water, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 teaspoons yeast and mix well.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons oil and mix well.
3. Add the water mixture in it and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
4. Cover for 40 - 45 minutes.
5. In a bowl, add 100 grams cabbage, 100 grams corn, 45 grams onions, 50 grams carrot, 50 grams bell pepper, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon italian seasoning and mix well.
6. Take a medium sized ball from dough and make a circle.
7. Place some pizza sauce on it. Add some mozzarella cheese and veggies into it.
8. Now fold it in half, pinch the edges shut and then bring the corners under and roll to make a ball.
9. Lay the pizza bombs on a baking sheet lined with greased parchment paper.
10. In a bowl, add 60 milliliters butter, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 1/4 teaspoon seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon salt and mix well.
11. Brush the butter mixture onto each pizza bomb.
12. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
13. Serve hot.
