 Pizza Disc Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

Bell pepper - 160 grams

Onions - 80 grams

Tomato - 80 grams

Mozzarella cheese - 90 grams

Olives - 1 1/2 tablespoons

Oregano - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Pizza sauce - 1 tablespoon

Cheese spread - 2 tablespoons

Butter - 1 tablespoon

Ketchup - 1/2 tablespoon

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 160 grams bell pepper, 80 grams onions, 80 grams tomato, 90 grams mozzarella cheese, 1 1/2 tablespoons olives, 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano, 1/2 teaspoon chilli

flakes, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon pizza sauce and mix all the ingredients well.

2. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons cheese spread, 1 tablespoon butter, 1/2 tablespoon ketchup and mix it well.

3. Take a bread slice, cut out rounds from the bread. Now take a another bread slice and do the same and again cut out little bit smaller circles using small cookie cutter. For each disc we

need a big bread disc and a ring of same size. Set aside the cut breads.

4. Apply cheese spread mixture on the base of bread disc.

5. Place the bread ring on each disc. Now fill the center with the prepared veggie filling.

6. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.

7. Remove it from the oven and apply some butter on top of all the bread discs.

8. Serve hot.
