Pizza Momos

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 150 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 80 milliliters
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
Onions - 60 grams
Cabbage - 30 grams
Carrot - 40 grams
Bell pepper - 120 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
Oregano - 1/4 teaspoon
Pizza sauce - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Onions - to taste
Bell pepper - to taste
Chilli flakes - to taste

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 80 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
2. Rest the dough for 20 minutes.
3. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan, add 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste and stir well.
4. Then, add 60 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
5. Now, add 30 grams cabbage, 40 grams carrot, 120 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
6. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
7. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/4 teaspoon oregano and mix it well.
8. Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
9. Add the prepared mixture on it and shape it into a momo.
10. Place it in a steamer and cover it with lid.
11. Steam for about 15 minutes.
12. Open the lid and remove it from steamer.
13. Place it on a baking tray.
14. Add some pizza sauce on it and spared it evenly.
15. Top with mozzarella cheese, onions and bell pepper.
16. Sprinkle some chilli flakes on it.
17. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 5 - 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
18. Remove it from oven.
19. Serve hot.
