Poha Cutlet

INGREDIENTS

(For Cutlet)

Flattened rice - 100 grams

Boiled mashed potatoes - 290 grams

Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon

Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Dry mango powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Corn flour - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

(Corn Flour Paste)

Corn flour - 2 tablespoons

All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Water - 110 milliliters

Bread crumbs - for coating

Oil - for frying

PREPARATION

(For Cutlet)

1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.

2. Take some mixture in your hand and shape it into a cutlet. Keep aside.

(Corn Flour Paste)

1. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons corn flour, 1 tablespoon all purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 110 milliliters water and mix it well to make a paste.

(Rest of The Preparation)

1. Take a cutlet and dip it in corn flour paste and then roll them in bread crumbs.

2. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy.

3. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
