Potato Smileys

INGREDIENTS

Boiled potatoes - 300 grams

Corn flour - 100 grams

Salt - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams of boiled potatoes and mash them well. Add 100 grams corn flour, 1 tablespoon salt and mix well. Knead into a smooth dough.

2. Roll the dough into circle to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut out circles from dough.

3. Use a straw to make the eyes and a spoon to make the mouth.

4. Heat sufficient oil in a pot. Deep fry potato smileys till golden and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.

5. Serve with ketchup.
