Boiled mashed potatoes - 250 grams
Cooked rice - 250 grams
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 10 grams
Corn starch - 2 tablespoons
Bread crumbs
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams boiled mashed potatoes, 250 grams cooked rice, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon salt, 10 grams coriander and mix .
2. Add 2 tablespoons corn starch and mix well to combine.
3. Take a small amount of mixture and make a circular shape.
4. Roll in bread crumbs.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a pan . Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
6. Serve hot with ketchup.
