Boiled rice - 200 grams
Onions - 70 grams
Carrots - 70 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Gram flour - 45 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 100 milliliters
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams boiled rice and mash them properly.
2. Add 70 grams onions, 70 grams carrots, 1 teaspoon green chili, 2 tablespoons coriander, 45 grams gram flour, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala and mix it well.
3. Add 100 milliliters water and mix it well.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
5. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
6. Serve hot.
