INGREDIENTS

Oil - 1 tablespoon

Onions - 90 grams

Bell pepper (Yellow, Red, Green) - 150 grams

Soy sauce - 2 teaspoons

Black pepper - 1 teaspoon

Yogurt - 150 grams

Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Gram flour - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Oil - 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon

Paneer slices - 280 grams

Oil - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Egg - 1

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Milk - 250 milliliters

All purpose flour - 150 grams

Water - 125 milliliters

PREPARATION

1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 90 grams onions and fry till translucent.

2. Add 150 grams bell pepper and mix well. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes.

3. Now, add 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon black pepper and stir well. Transfer this into a bowl and keep aside.

4. Take a dish, add 150 grams yogurt, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 1/2 teaspoons gram flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon oil, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and mix it well.

5. Add 280 grams paneer slices and coat them well.

6. Marinate for 1 hour.

7. Heat 1 1/2 teaspoon oil in a grill pan, place the marinated paneer slices over it. Cook from all the sides till golden brown.

8. Keep aside.

9. In a mixing bowl, add 1 egg, 1 teaspoon salt, 250 milliliters milk and whisk it well.

10. Add 150 grams all purpose flour, 125 milliliters water and whisk it well to make a thick batter. Transfer this batter into a squeeze bottle.

11. Heat some oil in a pan, pour the batter to make a net like shape. (See video)

12. Cook until set. Place the onions bell pepper mixture over it.

13. Place the cooked paneer slice on it.

14. Lift it up with spatula and roll.

15. Serve.
