Roti Pakora

INGREDIENTS
(For Roti Pakora)
Wheat flour - 200 grams
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Water - 100 milliliters
Onions - 65 grams
Bell pepper - 25 grams
Green peas - 25 grams
Gram flour - 150 grams
Rice flour - 2 tablespoons
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon
Carom seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Water - 300 milliliters
Oil - for frying

(For Green Chutney)
Coriander - 10 grams
Mint - 8 grams
Onions - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams wheat flour, 1 teaspoon oil, 100 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
2. Take a ball from dough and dust it with flour.
3. Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
4. Place it on a hot tawa and cook on moderate heat for 2 - 3 minutes.
5. Flip it gently.
6. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
7. Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
8. Crumbled the roti into pieces and transfer this into a blender.
9. Blend it well.
10. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and mix it well.
11. Rest the mixture for 10 - 15 minutes.
12. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
13. Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.

(For Green Chutney)
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend it well.
2. Serve with prepared roti pakora.
