Roti - 3 - 4

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Peanuts - 75 grams

Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon

Green chili - 1 teaspoon

Onions - 40 grams

Tomato - 40 grams

Bell pepper - 40 grams

Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Water - 2 tablespoons

Sev - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. Take 3 - 4 roti and break it into small pieces. Keep aside.

2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 75 grams peanuts and stir well.

3. Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon green chili and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.

4. Now, add 40 grams onions and mix well.

5. Add 40 grams tomato and saute for 2 - 3 minutes or till the onions are translucent.

6. Add 40 grams bell pepper and mix well.

7. Now, add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, chapati pieces, 1 teaspoon salt and mix well.

8. Add 2 tablespoons water and stir well.

9. Garnish with sev.

10. Serve.
