Scrambled Eggs With Paneer

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 2 teaspoons
Onions - 70 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Paneer - 130 grams
Eggs - 2
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon

 

PREPARATION


1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan, add 2 teaspoons garlic, 70 grams onions and stir till it becomes translucent and not brown.
2. Add 1 teaspoon green chili and stir again.
3. Add 130 grams paneer and mix well.
4. Add 2 eggs into the pan. Let it rest for 10 seconds and start beginning to scramble. Cook till the eggs are cooked.
5. Add 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well.
6. Add 1 tablespoon coriander and stir.
7. Serve.
