Sesame Breadsticks
Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS
Boiled mashed potatoes - 230 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 140 grams
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 250 milliliters
Bread slice
Ketchup
Sesame seeds

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl add 230 grams mashed potatoes, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well to combine.
2. In a another mixing bowl add 140 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 250 milliliters water and make a thick and smooth batter.
3. Now take a bread slice and cut it into pieces.
4. Spread some ketchup on bread pieces.
5. Spread thick layer of potato mixture on top of ketchup layer.
6. Now dip bread pieces in batter and sprinkle sesame seeds on it.
7. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry this till golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
8. Serve hot.
