INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 100 grams
Carom - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 35 milliliters
Boiled potatoes - to taste
Onions - to taste
Salt - to taste
Red chili garlic chutney - to taste
Tamarind chutney - to taste
Green chutney - to taste
Chaat masala - to taste
Sev - to taste
Coriander - to taste
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon carom, 2 tablespoons oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 35 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
2. Roll the dough into circle and cut into disc shapes of same size.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
4. Place some boiled potatoes over the puris. Add some onions and sprinkle salt over it.
5. Drizzle some red chili garlic chutney, tamarind chutney and green chutney over it.
6. Sprinkle some chaat masala on the top.
7. Garnish with sev and coriander.
8. Serve and enjoy!
