Sweet Corn Soup

INGREDIENTS
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 30 grams
Green bean - 30 grams
Potato - 60 grams
Carrot - 30 grams
Green peas - 40 grams
Corn - 230 grams
Water - 600 milliliters
Green onion - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Diluted corn starch - 4 teaspoons
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pot, add 30 grams onions, 30 grams green bean, 60 grams potato, 30 grams carrot, 40 grams green peas, 230 grams corn and saute for 3 - 5 minutes.
2. Add 600 milliliters of water and boil till all the veggies get cooked.
3. Add 1 tablespoon green onion, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 4 teaspoons diluted corn starch and stir till it thickens.
4. Serve warm with pepper.
