Spicy Corn Toast

INGREDIENTS
Water - 500 milliliters
Sweet corns - 150 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Ghee - 2 tablespoons
Green chili - 1 1/2 tablespoon
Green bell pepper - 80 grams
All purpose flour - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Milk - 400 milliliters
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Jain pizza pasta sauce - 60 grams
White pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Bread slices - 10
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Jain chilli oil - for garnishing
Coriander - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Heat 500 milliliters water in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 150 grams sweet corns. Stir and boil for 3 - 4 minutes.
2. Remove from the heat and strain the corns.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons ghee in a pan. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons green chili, 80 grams green bell pepper, and boiled sweet corns. Stir for 2 - 3 minutes.
4. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour and mix well.
5. Add 400 milliliters milk and until the mixture thickens slightly.
6. Then add 60 grams jain pizza pasta sauce, 1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder, and 1 teaspoon chilli flakes. Mix well, cook for another 1 - 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.
7. Toast the bread slices in a toaster. Place them on a board and cut into small square pieces (see video).
8. Transfer the toasted bread pieces onto a serving plate and pour the prepared corn mixture over them.
9. Garnish with jain chilli oil and coriander.
10. Serve.
