Spicy Rajma Kebab

INGREDIENTS
(For Spicy Rajma Kebab)

Water - 950 milliliters
Kidney beans - 200 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Boiled mashed potatoes - 200 grams
Onions - 100 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Red chili paste - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Bred crumbs - 2 tablespoons
Oil - for frying

(For Green Chutney)
Mint - 3 tablespoons
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Green chili - 1
Garlic - 2 cloves
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 15 milliliters
Water - 45 milliliters
Yogurt - 2 tablespoons

PREPARATION


(For Spicy Rajma Kebab)
1. Take a pressure cooker, add 950 milliliters water, 200 grams kidney beans, 1 teaspoon salt and cover it with lid.
2. Cook until you hear 4 - 5 whistles.
3. Open the lid and remove it from heat.
4. Drain the boiled kidney beans.
5. Transfer this into a bowl and mash the kidney beans with the help of a food masher.
6. Add 200 grams boiled mashed potatoes, 100 grams onions, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste, 1 1/2 teaspoons red chili paste, 2 tablespoons bread crumbs and mix all the ingredients well.
7. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a kebab.
8. Heat some oil in a pan, add the prepared kebab in it and shallow fry these until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
9. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.
10. Keep aside.

(For Green Chutney)
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except yogurt and blend it into a puree.
2. Transfer this into a bowl, add 2 tablespoons yogurt and mix it well.
3. Serve with prepared spicy rajma kebab.
