Spring Onion Pancake

INGREDIENTS

All purpose flour - 400 grams

Warm water -  250 milliliters

Buter - 40 milliliters

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Spring onions - 50 grams

 

(Ginger Dipping Sauce)

Powdered sugar - 1/2 teaspoon

Ginger - 1 tablespoon

Spring onion - 2 tablespoons

Soy sauce - 30 milliliters

Vinegar - 1 1/2 tablespoon

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 400 grams all purpose flour, 250 milliliters warm water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
  2. Rest for 10 - 15 minutes.
  3. Take a dough ball and dust it with flour.
  4. Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
  5. Now, place some sprig onions on it.
  6. Sprinkle some salt and roll again with rolling pin.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and place pancake over it.
  8. Cook on low or medium heat until golden brown from both sides.
  9. Serve with prepared ginger dipping sauce.

 

(Ginger Dipping Sauce)

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon ginger, 2 tablespoon spring onions, 30 milliliters soy sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoon vinegar and mix it well.
