Sprouted Mung Bean Chaat

INGREDIENTS
Mung bean sprouts - 230 grams
Onions - 50 grams
Tomato - 80 grams
Boiled potatoes - 80 grams
Pomegranate - 40 grams
Chaat masala - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Green chutney - 2 tablespoons
Tamarind chutney - 1 tablespoon
Mint - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Green chutney - for garnishing
Pomegranate - for garnishing

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well to combine.
2. Garnish with green chutney and pomegranate.
3. Serve immediately.
