INGREDIENTS
Butter - 3 tablespoons
Frozen corn - 500 grams
Onions - 50 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin - 1/4 teaspoon
Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
Cilantro - 3 tablespoons
Paneer (Cottage cheese) - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Heat 3 tablespoons butter in a pan, add 500 grams frozen corn, 50 grams onions and cook for about 8 - 10 minutes.
2. Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper during the cook time.
3. Turn off the heat and add 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/4 teaspoon cumin, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons lime juice and 3 tablespoons cilantro.
4. Mix all the ingredients well.
5. Garnish with cilantro and paneer (Cottage cheese).
6. Serve and enjoy.
