INGREDIENTS


Stuffed Bell Pepper

Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Onions - 80 grams

Green chili - 1 teaspoon

Tomato - 60 grams

Boiled potatoes - 125 grams

Paneer - 100 grams

Black olives - 1 tablespoon

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Red chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon

Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon

Oregano - 1 teaspoon

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Mozzarella cheese - 30 grams

Bell pepper - 350 grams

Mozzarella cheese - to taste

PREPARATION

1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic and saute till golden brown.

2. Add 80 grams onions and fry till translucent.

3. Then, add 1 teaspoon green chili and stir well.

4. Now, add 60 grams tomato and saute till it turns soft and pulpy.

5. Add 125 grams boiled potatoes, 100 grams paneer and mix it well.

6. Then, add 1 tablespoon black olives, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon oregano, 2 tablespoons coriander, teaspoon salt and mix it well. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.

7. Turn off the heat and transfer the mixture into a bowl.

8. Add 30 grams mozzarella cheese and mix it well.

9. Take a bell pepper and cut it into half.

10. Remove the seeds from inside.

11. Fill it with potato and paneer mixture.

12. Place them on a baking tray and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of it.

13. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.

14. Serve.
