Tandoori Mutton Keema Pasta

INGREDIENTS

(For Mutton Keema Marination)

Mutton keema - 300 grams

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Tandoori masala - 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Curd - 40 grams

 

(For Tomato Sauce)

Tomato puree - 350 milliliters

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Basil - 1 teaspoon

 

(For Sauted Veggies)

Oil - 2 teaspoons

Bell pepper - 160 grams

Salt - 1/8 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon

 

(For Tandoori Mutton Keema Pasta)

Butter - 30 grams

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Ginger - 1 tablespoon

Onions - 100 grams

Charcoal

Desi ghee - 1 tablespoon

Parmesan cheese - for garnishing

 

PREPARATION

(For Mutton Keema Marination)

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
  2. Mariante for 1 hour.

 

(For Tomato Sauce)

  1. Take a pan, add 350 milliliters tomato puree and mix it well.
  2. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon basil and mix it well.
  4. Bring it to a boil. Boil for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Remove it from heat and keep aside.

 

(For Sauted Veggies)

  1. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan, add 160 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
  2. Saute for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Add 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
  4. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Remove it from heat and keep aside.

 

(For Tandoori Mutton Keema Pasta)

  1. Heat 30 grams butter in a heavy skillet, add 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger and stir for a minute.
  2. Add 100 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
  3. Then, add the marinated mutton and mix it well.
  4. Cover it with lid and cook for about 15 - 20 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
  6. Now, add the sauted veggies, boiled pasta and mix it well.
  7. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
  8. Add the prepared tomato sauce and mix it well.
  9. In a aluminium foil bowl, place a charcoal and place it on the pasta.
  10. Add 1 tablespoon desi ghee and cover it with lid.
  11. Cover for about 5 minutes.
  12. Open the lid and remove the charcoal.
  13. Give it a nice stir.
  14. Remove it from heat.
  15. Garnish with parmesan cheese.
  16. Serve.
