Tandoori Omelette Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

(For Tandoori Mixture)

Hung curd - 225 grams

Mustard oil - 1 tablespoon

Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

Paprika - 1 1/2 tablespoons

Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 tablespoon

Roasted gram flour - 2 tablespoons

 

(For Egg Mixture)

Eggs - 2

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon

Onions - 2 tablespoons

Green chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon

Coriander - 1 teaspoon

 

(For Tandoori Omelette Sandwich)

Oil - 2 teaspoons

Bread slices - 2

Oil

 

PREPARATION

(For Tandoori Mixture)

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
  2. Keep aside.

 

(For Egg Mixture)

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
  2. Keep aside.

 

(For Tandoori Omelette Sandwich)

  1. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan, add the prepared egg mixture in it.
  2. Then, place 2 bread slices on it.
  3. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Flip it gently.
  5. Now, fold the one bread onto the another bread. (See Video)
  6. Add the prepared tandoori mixture on it and spread it evenly.
  7. Add some oil on top of it.
  8. Flip it gently. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
  9. Do the same on the other side and cook until it turns dark brown in color from both sides.
  10. Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
  11. Cut it into pieces.
  12. Serve hot.
