Triple Veg Grilled Sandwich

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Cloves - 4 pods

Cinnamon stick - 1 inch

Black peppercorns - 1/4 teaspoon

Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon

Black salt - 1 teaspoon

Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon

Bread slices

Butter - for brushing

Green chutney - to taste

Cucumber slices - to taste

Boiled potato slices - to taste

Onion slices - to taste

Bell pepper - to taste

Tomato slices - to taste

PREPARATION

1. Take a pan, add 1 teaspoon cumin, 4 pods cloves, 1 inch cinnamon stick, 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns, 1 teaspoon fennel seeds and dry roast for 3 - 5 minutes or till golden brown in color.

2. Transfer them into a blender and blend it into a fine powder.

3. Transfer this mixture into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon black salt, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder and mix it well.

4. Take a bread slice and spread some butter on it. Spread some green chutney on it.

5. Place cucumber slices on top of it.

6. Sprinkle some prepared mixture on top of it.

7. Make a layer of boiled potato slices, onion slices and sprinkle prepared mixture on top it.

8. Place a another bread slice on top of it.

9. Then, add bell pepper and tomato slices.

10. Sprinkle prepared mixture on top of it.

11. Cover it with another slice of bread.

12. Place the bread on a grill machine.

13. Apply some butter on top if it and grill till golden brown in color.

14. Cut it into half.

15. Serve hot.
