 Grilled Peri Peri Sandwich

Hung curd - 115 grams

Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Red chili - 1 tablespoon

Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon

Black salt - 1 teaspoon

Powdered sugar - 1 teaspoon

Cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Oregano - 1 teaspoon

Ginger powder - 1 teaspoon

Paneer - 150 grams

Tomato - 50 grams

Bell pepper - 40 grams

Sweet corns - 45 grams

Onions - 40 grams

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Mint - 2 tablespoons

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Bread slices

Butter 

PREPARATION


1. In a bowl, add 115 grams hung curd, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt and mix it well.

2. In a another bowl, add 1 tablespoon red chili, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon black salt, 1 teaspoon powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1

teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon ginger powder and mix it well.

3. In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams paneer, 50 grams tomato, 40 grams bell pepper, 45 grams sweet corn, 40 grams onions, 2 tablespoons coriander, 2 tablespoons

mint, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon salt, prepared peri peri masala and mix it well.

4. Take a bread slice and add the prepared curd mixture on it.

5. Spread it evenly.

6. Add the prepared paneer mixture on it.

7. Place it on a grill machine and spread butter on it.

8. Grill until it turns golden brown and crispy.

9. Remove it from grill machine.

10. Cut it into half.

11. Serve.
