Ulta Pulta Pizza

INGREDIENTS
Hot water - 125 milliliters
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
Dry yeast - 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 250 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese - 200 grams
Onions - 120 grams
Bell pepper - 195 grams
Sweet corns - 70 grams
Pizza sauce - 90 grams
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Maize flour - for dusting
Oil - for brushing
Mozzarella cheese - to taste

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 125 milliliters hot water, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon dry yeast and mix it well.
2. Rest the mixture for 10 minutes.
3. Add 250 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt and knead it into a dough.
4. Add 1 teaspoon oil and tuck the dough well.
5. Rest the dough for 2 hours.
6. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams mozzarella cheese, 120 grams onions, 195 grams bell pepper, 70 grams sweet corns, 90 grams pizza sauce, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon oregano and mix it well.
7. Take a ball from dough and dust it with maize flour.
8. Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
9. Place it on a baking tray and prick the fork in it.
10. Preheat the oven to 390°F/200°C. Bake for about 5 - 8 minutes.
11. Remove it from oven and cut it into half.
12. Fill it with the prepared paneer mixture and place it on a baking tray.
13. Brush it with oil.
14. Again bake for about 2 - 3 minutes.
15. Remove it from oven and cut it into half.
16. Add some mozzarella cheese on top of it.
17. Microwave for 2 - 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
18. Serve hot.
