Onions - 70 grams
Cabbage - 60 grams
Carrot - 60 grams
Bell pepper - 210 grams
Green beans - 40 grams
Ketchup - 40 grams
Red chili sauce - 30 grams
Schezwan sauce - 40 grams
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Water - 200 milliliters
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Water - 50 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams carrot, 150 grams cabbage, 80 grams bell pepper, 40 grams green beans, 100 grams all purpose flour, 40 grams corn flour, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon red chili and mix it well.
2. Add 50 milliliters water and mix it well.
3. Take some mixture in your hand and shape it into a lemon sized ball.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a deep fryer and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
5. Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
6. Heat 20 milliliters oil in a skillet, add 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
7. Then, add 70 grams onions and fry till translucent.
8. Now, add 60 grams cabbage, 60 grams carrot, 210 grams bell pepper, 40 grams green beans and mix it well.
9. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
10. Add 40 grams ketchup, 30 grams red chili sauce, 40 grams schezwan sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
11. Then, add 200 milliliters water and mix it well.
12. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons corn flour, 50 milliliters water and mix it well.
13. Pour the mixture into the skillet and mix it well.
14. Bring it to a boil.
15. Now, add the fried manchurian balls in it and mix it well.
16. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
17. Remove it from heat.
18. Serve hot.
