Veg Quiche Toast Cups

INGREDIENTS

Butter - 1 tablespoon

Tomato - 200 grams

Spinach - 200 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Red chili - 1 tablespoon

Paneer - 200 grams

Milk - 200 milliliters

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Sandwich bread

Mozzarella Cheese 

Coriander

PREPARATION

1. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan. Add 200 grams tomato, 200 grams spinach, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon red chili and saute for about 2 minutes.

2. Add 200 grams paneer, 200 milliliters milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder in a blender and blend all the ingredients well.

3. Cut bread into rounds. Use a rolling pin to flatten the bread.

4. Grease the muffin tin with butter, then press the bread into the muffin tin.

5. Divide the spinach mixture between the cups, then pour the paneer mixture into each cup.

6. Top with mozzarella cheese and coriander.

7. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes until the top is lightly golden and the filling is set.

8. Serve hot and enjoy.
