Vegan Cheesy Tomato Pasta

INGREDIENTS

Olive oil - 45 milliliters

Cherry tomato - 285 grams

Garlic - 1/2 teaspoon

Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

Oregano - 3/4 teaspoon

Dry basil - 1/2 teaspoon

Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1 teaspoon

Water - 110 milliliters

Boiled pasta - 350 grams

Mozzarella cheese - 35 grams

PREPARATION

1. Heat 45 milliliters olive oil in a heavy skillet, add 285 grams cherry tomato, 1/2 teaspoon garlic and saute for 3 - 5 minutes or till the tomatoes gets soft and pulpy.

2. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and stir well.

3. Now, add 3/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon dry basil, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and mix well.

4. Add 110 milliliters water and stir well. Bring it to a boil.

5. Then, add 350 grams boiled pasta and mix well.

6. Add 35 grams mozzarella cheese and stir until the cheese is melted.

7. Garnish with mozzarella cheese.

8. Serve hot.
