Vegetable Puffs

INGREDIENTS

Paneer - 150 grams

Cabbage - 50 grams

Mushroom - 50 grams

Green peas - 50 grams

Bell pepper - 130 grams, divided

Corn - 50 grams

Basil - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 2 teaspoons, divided

Oregano - 1 teaspoon

Mozzarella cheese - 200 grams

All purpose flour - 500 grams

Eggs - 2

Yeast - 25 grams

Milk - 200 milliliters

Water - 100 milliliters 

PREPARATION

1.In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams paneer, 50 grams cabbage, 50 grams mushroom, 50 grams green peas, 130 grams bell pepper, 50 grams corn, 1 teaspoon basil, 1 teaspoon

salt, 1 teaspoon oregano and mix well. Add 200 grams mozzarella cheese and mix well.

2.Take another mixing bowl, add 500 grams all purpose flour, 2 eggs, 25 grams yeast, 1 teaspoon salt, 200 milliliters milk, 100 milliliters of water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.

3.Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

4.Roll the dough into circle and cut into rectangle shapes. Spoon some vegetable filling on the center and fold it over. Use a fork to press the edges.

5.Now arrange them in a baking tray and brush with butter.

6.Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes until crust is golden brown.

7.Serve hot with ketchup.
