Almond Milk

INGREDIENTS

Milk - 1 litre

Almonds - 60 grams

Nutmeg - 1/8 teaspoon

Cardamom - 1/8 teaspoon

Honey - 3 tablespoons

PREPARATION

1. Place 1 litre of milk in a pot, add 60 grams almonds and stir.

2. Once it comes to a boil, add 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/8 teaspoon cardamom and boil it for another 2 minutes.

3. Remove from heat, add 3 tablespoons of honey and stir.

4. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.

5. Garnish with almonds.

6. Serve cold
