INGREDIENTS

 

Almonds - 60 grams

Water - 60 grams

Cashews - 30 grams

Pistachios - 25 grams

Warm milk - 30 milliliters

Saffron - 1/4 teaspoon

Milk - 70 milliliters

Milk - 500 milliliters

Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Blended almond - to paste

Blended dry fruits

Prepared saffron milk

Sugar - 35 grams

 

PREPARATION

 

  1. In a bowl, add 60 grams of almonds, 60 grams of water and soak for 2 - 3 hours.
  2. In a bowl, add 30 grams of cashews, 25 grams of pistachios and transfer this into a blender and blend it well.
  3. In a bowl, add 30 milliliters of warm milk, 1/4 teaspoon of saffron and mix it well.
  4. Soak for 15 - 20 minutes.
  5. Add 70 milliliters of milk and transfer this into a blender and blend it well.
  6. Now, take a pot add 500 milliliters of milk and mix it well.
  7. Add 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix it well.
  8. Add blended almond paste and mix it well.
  9. Add blended dry fruits, prepared saffron milk and mix it well.
  10. Add 35 grams of sugar and mix it well.
  11. Remove it from heat.
  12. Pour the milk into the serving glass.
  13. Garnish with cashews.
  14. Serve.
