Carrot Cake Smoothie
Servings - 2

 

INGREDIENTS
Chopped carrots - 1 cup
Sliced banana - 1 cup
Vanilla almond milk - 1/2 cup
Chopped pineapple - 1/4 cup
Toasted walnuts - 2 tablespoons
Coconut flakes - 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
Grounded Nutmeg - 1 pinch

 

PREPARATION


1. Add 1 cup chopped carrots ,1 cup sliced banana ,1/2 cup vanilla almond milk ,1/4 cup chopped pineapple, 2 tablespoons toasted walnuts, 1 tablespoon coconut flakes, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 pinch grounded nutmeg in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into the glass.
3. Garnish with minced carrot , coconut flakes and toasted walnuts.
4. Serve.
