INGREDIENTS
Banana - 1
Carrot - 1 cup
Ginger - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Honey - 1 teaspoon
Water - 150 mililiters
Chia seeds - for garnishing

 

PREPARATION


1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until combine.
2. Pour the mixture into the glass.
3. Garnish with chia seeds.
4. Serve.
