Chocolate Falooda

INGREDIENTS

Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
Water - 180 milliliters
Milk - 500 milliliters
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Condensed milk - 1 tablespoon
Dark chocolate - 55 grams
Water - 700 milliliters
Vermicelli - 120 grams
Water - for washing
Melted dark chocolate - for decoration
Cashews - to taste
Almonds - to taste
Chocolate chips - to taste
Vanilla ice cream - 1 scoop
Chocolate syrup - to taste
Almonds - to taste
Chocolate chips - to taste

PREPARATION


1. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 180 milliliters water and soak for 30 minutes.
2. Take a deep pan, add 500 milliliters milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon condensed milk and mix it well.
3. Add 55 grams dark chocolate and mix it again.
4. Bring it to a boil.
5. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool for about 15 minutes.
6. Then, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
7. Take a another deep pan, add 700 milliliters water, 120 grams vermicelli and mix it well.
8. Bring it to a boil.
9. Remove it from heat and strain the vermicelli.
10. Wash it with water and keep aside.
11. Take a serving glass and decorate it with melted dark chocolate.
12. Refrigerate for 7 - 8 minutes.
13. Remove it from refrigerator.
14. Add some soaked chia seeds in it.
15. Then, add the vermicelli.
16. Add some cashews, almonds and chocolate chips on top of it.
17. Fill it with prepared shake.
18. Top with vanilla ice cream.
19. Drizzle some chocolate syrup on it.
20. Garnish with almonds and chocolate chips.
21. Serve.
