Mint leaves - 8
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Lemon - 1
Coconut cream - 10 ounces
White rum - 3 ounces
Ice
Soda
Lemon wedge

PREPARATION
1. Add 8 mint leaves, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 lemon, 10 ounces coconut cream and gently muddle them with a muddler.
2. Pour 3 ounces white rum, ice and top with soda.
3. Stir very well.
4. Garnish with lemon wedge and mint.
5. Serve.
