Brewed coffee - 1 cup
Rolled oats - 1/4 cup
Flaxseed meal - 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon - 1/8 teaspoon
Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
Banana - 1
Honey - 1 teaspoon
Ice
Almond milk - 1 cup
Whipped cream
Mint
PREPARATION
1. Pour brewed coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
2. Add 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal, 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1 banana, 1 teaspoon honey, ice, 1 cup almond milk in a blender and blend until all the ingredients mix well.
3. Pour the mixture into the glass and top with whipped cream.
4. Garnish with mint and rolled oats.
5. Serve.
