INGREDIENTS
Cranberry juice - 1 cup
Lime juice - 1/4 cup
Gelatin - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Vodka - 1 cup
Grand marnier - 1/4 cup
Lemon zest - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Pour 1 cup cranberry juice in a pan, 1/4 cup lime juice, 1 1/2 tablespoons gelatin and stir until it full dissolved. Bring the mixture to a boil.
2. Pour 1 cup vodka, 1/4 cup grand mariner and stir well.
3. Pour the mixture into the folds.
4. Refrigerate them until set.
5. Garnish with lemon zest.
6. Serve.
