INGREDIENTS
Pineapple - 1 1/2 cups
Orange
Coconut water - 1 cup
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Chia seeds - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. Add 1 1/2 cups pineapple, orange, 1 cup coconut water, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper in a blender and blend until all the ingredients mix well.
2. Pour mixture into the glass.
3. Garnish with chia seeds and pineapple.
4. Serve.
